1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must include original tags, packaging, and any accessories.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number plus our return shipping address.
- Ship back the item only after approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery
5. Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange, it’s easiest to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us immediately with photographic or video evidence. After review and approval, we'll provide further instructions.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the refund outcome.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that processing by your bank may take additional time.

8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- We recommend shipping with tracking and adequate packaging to avoid damage or loss.
- We are not liable for returns lost in transit or customs charges on international returns.
9. Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped internationally may incur import duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If customs imposes charges on the return shipment, these may be deducted from your refund.
