Thank you for shopping at Suubi Studio. We’re a U.S.-based boutique and we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 4–8 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) except for pre-orders.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow extra processing time during high-volume periods like holidays or product launches.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer shipping across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders over $80.00 may qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or via the carrier's website.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs processing.
5. Address Issues & Delivery Failures
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
- Suubi Studio is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- Packages returned to us due to delivery failure can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Include your order number and any relevant photos (for damage).
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
7. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Some items may be marked as pre-order or made-to-order. These require extra time for production and fulfillment. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
